Our Story

Michael Ciampa formed The Delta Group in 1992 to offer financial services to small and medium manufacturing companies. Michael was able to bring his 20= years of experience in banking and manufacturing to a number of companies. The discipline he brought helped companies adapt to changing times. In 2021 Michael's daughter began working for the company bringing her skills in blalbllalalb
